The 1st time I used Live Chat, I was at position #two in the queue and it took 18 minutes right up until a Stay agent responded. The 2nd time, I had been at posture #two yet again, but this time it only took 8 minutes wait time. This is quite good in comparison to other exchanges that only reply by way of email, without having Stay Chat selection.Â
